Eligibility for Our
Health Program
To be eligible and considered the right candidate for our health program, your pets must be at least 10 weeks and under 6 years old. Pets must be between up to 2lbs. in weight with no pre-existing health conditions to obtain an appointment. Click the link below to schedule an appointment.
